our story

Kind Rituals is an offering born out of a deep love for creating intentional and mindful wellness routines. We believe that movement is a mood shifter, while breath and meditation is a way to feel deeper into the body and the mind. Through these practices we can regulate the nervous system, create calm in the body and give ourselves the space we truly need.

With her wealth of knowledge, founder of Kind Rituals & Facilitator, Alexis, is here to help you feel more aligned through yoga, pilates, meditation and breathwork (pranayama). With over 8 years experience in the wellness industry, she is passionate about helping others create space in their busy daily routines where they can pause and find moments of clarity.

“Whenever I’ve landed on my mat, I’ve always felt a sense of coming home. Of clarity and of peace. It’s always brought me joy helping others to also feel that clarity and peace. Of showing them that they are able to take up space and be authentically them. Of using movement as a way to connect deeply with themselves but also with others around them. It’s not about being perfect and it’s not about having an advanced practice. Sometimes it’s simply about being able to pause and take a breath. It’s being able to make eye contact with someone else and share a smile. To try something you haven’t before and explore something new. In a world that is so infiltrated by social media and life online, it’s important to remember what’s really important and to ground in reality. I truly believe yoga, breathwork (pranayama) and meditation can help us do this and I’m so grateful that I can be in a space to facilitate this”.
